It's been a while since I posted a menu plan for the week. There are a couple reasons for this, one being that we have been incredibly busy including the fact that hubby and I started an ASL class once a week for the next 15 weeks organized through a friend. We have also all been sick with a cold.
During that time though I did come up with a plan for our meal plan going forward. We have a number of tried and true recipes that we love that I am looking to build on to give us a robust list of go to meals/side dishes/breakfasts, etc to rely on. From there I am just going to use those well loved recipes to rotate through our meals plans, perhaps adding one new recipe to try once a week to add to our list.
