  1. I did not, I am too good at disappointing myself but I would like to eat healthier and give up some of the sweets. I tend to replace them with meals since it's convenient

  34. The only resolution that I made this year is to try my best at everything. I dont ever make any specific resolution because I never seem to follow through but I figured this was something that I could do for sure!

  64. No, I don't do the resolutions thing...I always try to be mindful for ways to improve but, for me, it's more of an ongoing process rather than a firm deadline. Resolutions seem more likely to breed failure and setbacks than a gradual ongoing approach...it just seems more easy to be forgiving of oneself and therefore more likely to achieve success, in the end.
