Milk Unleashed Shelf Stable Milk (Blog App and Giveaway)

Are you ready for back to school yet? I have most of the stuff my son needs for when he goes back tomorrow. More importatnly are you ready for the challenge of ensuring your child has nutritious, easy to eat lunches? While packing a nice cold milk in your child's lunch can be a great nutritionally sound drink option, there is the need for refrigeration.

Well,  there is a great alternative that does not require refrigeration. I am talking about shelf stable milks. The single servings offered by the following companies - Hershey’s, LaLa, Horizon and Organic Valley are a great way to provide a nutitrous lunchtime drink option  As we always toss an easy to eat snack into a bag before heading out to a park or other attraction, this is also great for those situations too. Go here to find out what each company offers and some other great information too. I learned that these products have all the same great nutrients and vitamins as regular milk, but by pasteurizing the milk at high temperatures this product can stay on the shelf up to 6 months!

We go through a lot of milk with four people consuming it on a daily basis and since some of the above companies offer larger carton sizes it would be great to have some containers of shelf stable milk in the pantry to avoid the mad dash to the grocery store to get some.

Milk Unleashed has great app below complete with snacks and activities, tips and a great quiz to help you discover what  type of On-The-Go Family you are!

The best part, one of my lucky US readers is going to win a variety pack of shelf stable milk. The variety pack will include four shelf safe milks (white and chocolate) a cow stress ball and information on shelf stable milk.

Enter on the Rafflecopter Form below and good luck!

I will be receiving my own Milk Unleashed pack for this review, however, all opinions expressed are my own.  I was not compensated in any other way.
